Main focus of activity

My law firm has extensive experience in providing legal and strategic advice to small and medium-sized enterprises in a wide range of sectors.
I place great importance on “specialization” in the particularities of the respective companies and their services and products.
My advice ranges from contract and labor law to negotiations of all kinds.
I advise the companies I assist on compliance matters, criminal law issues, as well as on lease and rental agreements, software contracts or company acquisitions.
Especially medium-sized companies often do not have their own legal department, but they consider it essential to have an in-house lawyer with whom they have a close personal relationship.
Since I highly value the diversity and individuality of business activities, I advise the companies I assist almost exclusively at their offices.
It goes without saying that the issue of costs is also of great importance to a company. That is why my consulting services are characterized by utmost fairness and transparency, there are no “nasty surprises,” and the businesses I advise never hesitate to contact me quickly and without complications because they are not afraid of costs.

My law firm specializes in handling traffic accident cases. In particular, I regularly represent in and out of court victims of “liability damages,” that is, motorists who have been injured as a result of a traffic accident through no fault of their own. In this context, it is particularly important that the victim of an injury does not have to bear the costs of a lawyer. Rather, my expenses are covered by the other party’s liability insurance.
I have extensive experience in out-of-court and in court negotiations with insurance companies and have reported great results, particularly in reaching a settlement quickly and on favorable terms.
Due to my close cooperation with car repair shops and automotive appraisers, I also have extensive personal experience in motor vehicle claims and an excellent network of experts to whom I can rely on quickly and at any time.
It is important to me to settle claims following an accident “quickly and quietly,” so that the victim does not have to deal with it intensely, but can ideally receive a reasonable amount of money and a repaired car, without having been personally involved in the procedure.

I represent both employees and employers in labor law proceedings, such as actions for protection against dismissal, gross wage claims or compensation proceedings.
I represent my clients out of court, before labor courts and civil courts. As a result, I have extensive experience and I am able to assess and understand both employees’ and employers’ points of view well, which offers great tactical advantages during negotiations.
In particular, I have extensive experience in negotiating severance packages in cases where employees and employers, directors or managers and their companies, want or need to separate. I have a good sense for the respective “pain thresholds” and a finely coordinated methodological repertoire developed over many years.
In particular I put particular importance to the ability to provide security and peace of mind to my clients, whether they are former executives or business owners, when their nerves are „strained“.

My law firm works closely with numerous car dealers, car repair shops and automotive appraisers. I therefore have extensive experience in all areas related to vehicles of all types, from electric cars to heavy trucks. I handle leasing, financing, purchase and sale agreements in case of defects, both in and out of court, negotiate claims for damages, and advise on the purchase and sale of vehicles, both new and used, for both individuals and businesses.

There are many reasons why you may have suffered an injury. A car accident, a workplace injury or abuse, defective equipment, harmful environmental influences, or the bite of an animal. In many cases, you are entitled to compensation for pain and suffering. If you try to seek compensation on your own, you will often face some resistance, and even if the insurance company is willing to compensate you for pain and suffering, the amount offered is often very low. I have been handling claims for my clients for many years and have worked hard to ensure that adequate damages and compensation are paid. Often an important decision must be made about who should pay. In addition to the victim himself, liability insurers and, in some cases, the State treasury are also considered. However, dealing with insurance companies requires a great deal of experience and good intuition, because it is in the interest of the insurance company to keep its money and not spend it on claims. The right amount of pressure and negotiating skills can sometimes work wonders. If you have suffered a loss or injury, please do not hesitate to contact me at any time. I will be glad to advise you.

For many years, I have been specifically dealing with victims of crimes. These are, for example, the direct victims of robbery or assault, but also the relatives of victims, e.g., of sex crimes or homicide, who are often seriously affected. My work ranges from accompanying victims in the early stages of preliminary proceedings to representing them in court. The crime victims and their family members often feel “lost” in the cosmos of criminal law. As an experienced lawyer, I take my clients by the hand and guide them through the entire nerve-racking and overwhelming procedure. I also consider myself somewhat of a psychological counselor, and in my very intense and positive experience, my clients often grow with their “task” in criminal proceedings and eventually emerge from them strengthened, fortified and to some extent even inwardly pacified. As a lawyer, I am a sworn organ of the administration of justice, so I feel a strong need to strengthen my clients’ confidence in justice and the rule of law.

My law firm deals daily with all branches of civil law, from tenancy law to liability law and private construction law. I represent my clients before all local, regional and higher regional courts in the Federal Republic of Germany.

My law firm has extensive experience in construction law matters. We represent construction companies as well as „private house builders“. Legal problems in construction always affect both individuals and contractors particularly deeply, since large amounts of money are regularly at stake. In addition, legal expenses companies often do not covert the costs of such cases. I will therefore be happy to advise you not only on construction related legal issues, but also on the tactically clever and cost-effective handling of a construction problem. I know the horror stories of years of construction litigation from my own experience, this is why I will do my very best to spare you such a fate and offer you a reasonable and manageable solution in terms of cost. When it comes to stone and mortar, wood, metal and glass, you will find a solid craftsman in me from a legal point of view.

As a defense attorney I assist individuals and companies in criminal law matters, from simple criminal administrative offenses to major proceedings before German criminal courts.
If you are charged with an administrative offense or a violation of a criminal rule, it is highly advisable to seek legal advice as soon as possible.
The earlier you do so, the better you can achieve optimal strategic positioning, organization, presentation of evidence, possible negotiations with the police, prosecuting authorities and courts, other involved parties and lawyers, firms’ experts, etc.
The criminal trial process is often characterized by a high degree of improvisation.
An unfavorable document, a wrong word, can mark an irretrievably negative course. A well-prepared procedure, on the other hand, can ensure that the main hearing does not even take place, or that it is the most favorable as possible for those I represent.

Not many lawyers deal with stalking cases on a regular basis. I have been doing it out of personal interest for many years.
There are people who stalk other people.
They do it by sending text messages, letters, phone calls, through social networks, ringing at night, chasing them in cars, spying on them and taking pictures, and in the most serious cases, eventually physically assaulting the victim.
I represent victims of stalking.
My law firm takes you seriously and helps you defend yourself against the perpetrator in cooperation with the police and authorities. We conduct civil proceedings to enforce restraining orders, seek compensation for damages and pain suffered on your behalf, and stand by your side as civil party representatives in criminal proceedings against the stalker.
Through years of experience, I have learned how stalkers think and how they act. That is why I know how to protect you as a victim of a stalker.
It is completely irrelevant whether you consider yourself an “ordinary person” or a “celebrity.“
Contact me, I will be happy to help you.

My law firm offers wide-ranging expertise. Through cooperation with our partners we are able to advise you in all common areas of law, including family and succession law, tort law, tenancy law, banking law, administrative law, administrative offenses, and social law.
Since I do not personally deal with these areas of law myself, I work closely with cooperation partners.
I will be happy to advise you.

A specialty of my firm is to conduct negotiations and discussions for clients. These can be contract negotiations, political negotiations, negotiations on wages or severance pay, negotiations on leases or with company works councils. I am perceived by my counterpart as a polite, fair, but also assertive interlocutor. I pride myself on always being ready to surprise and use unusual approaches to untangle seemingly unsolvable knots. It is by no means necessary for the negotiations I conduct to be purely legal in their nature.
